Energized, creative, and fulfilled mothers and fathers meet their children’s developmental needs with ease in timely and appropriate ways, intentionally focused on amplifying the positive, appreciating the good, and valuing the possible in themselves and in their children.
With Parent It Forward, the focus is on revitalizing parents, discovering constructive ways to address a situation that may be causing you some concern, assisting you in identifying your goals, and helping you with designing action steps to attain them.
As a PCI Certified Parent Coach, I work with you to discover and address stresses and challenges that may be impacting you and your children, help you evaluate the systems you have in place that are already supportive and then guide you to tap into them more efficiently.
Services Include, but are not limited to: Transformational Parent Coaching, Couple Communication, Family Coaching (with older children or teens) – Private or Group Sessions. Workshops and Seminars are also arranged periodically.
We also explore the parenting journey with Expectant Parents – During their pregnancy, parents focus very much on the birthing journey. Parent It Forward takes it a step further to explore the core of their parenting values, the vision they have for themselves and their children, maintaining and even strengthening the bond share between the mother and the father and much more.

My son is almost 4 years old and I was having a lot of problem dealing with his aggression even since he turned 2 years old. In all group classes I would take him for, he would end up biting or hitting the other children. I thought there was something wrong with him and was extremely worried. Through a mutual friend, I was referred and introduced to Megha. I really did not know what to expect, but today, I’m the happiest mother ever.
Megha worked with me on understanding his brain development (a lot of parents have NO CLUE!) and age-appropriate activities. She has a program entitled Brain-Compatible Parenting that is ABSOLUTELY VITAL for all parents to learn. My son has calmed down tremendously, but more important than that is my new-found understanding of why he behaves a certain way and how I can help him deal with all the stimulations in our world. Megha has given me a wonderful gift and I can’t thank her enough. I highly urge all parents to contact her asap!
